  • Set-up and administration of staff payroll, including payment, payslips, leave, other entitlements and tax requirements
  • Weekly, fortnightly or monthly pay runs
  • Set-up of automated tax payments and payday filing
  • Creation of automated employee payments and payslips
  • Processing of tax and KiwiSaver payments and returns as required to IRD
  • Accurate annual leave, holiday pay and sick leave balances
  • Advising of leave taken before each payroll
  • Management of additional pay runs for terminations, bonus payments, and other one-off situations
  • Reports (incl. end of year summaries) as required.
